staff made my solo stay very enjoyable. The early check-in was a nice touch after a long journey. However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom's water drainage that could be addressed.

I stayed in the Premium Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The common areas felt spacious, making it easy to navigate. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel overall. The breakfast had a great selection, with fresh pastries and attentive service. However, the bathroom needs attention. It had a poor shower setup without proper angles. I found drain flies in the bathroom and the shower gel wasn't refilled without asking. Linens were only changed once during my entire stay. The window was jammed shut, which restricted ventilation. Despite these hiccups, the staff was friendly and helpful, making any issues more bearable. The location was decent, close to shops and dining. Some updates in the room would improve comfort significantly.
